A little background...We are a husband and wife team based on the Big Island of Hawaii. We offer full service realty with a specialty in serving international clients. Tomo was born and raised in Japan, and is fluent in Japanese and English. Tomo graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Douglas is of Canadian origin, and now a naturalized US citizen. Douglas graduated from the University of Waterloo in Engineering and U of British Columbia in Computer Science. We have settled on the Big Island of Hawaii in the town of Waimea (Kamuela). Waimea is known as a home of Parker Ranch, one of the oldest ranches in the US, and 2 world-class telescopes, W.M. Keck Observatory and Canada France Hawaii Telescope. Waimea is also known for its wonderful community with rich culture including Kahilu Theatre, a number of private schools including prestigious Hawaii Preparatory Academy and Parker School in addition to public schools. |
